What is the mode of communication with the owners and tenant after signup of agreement?
We will create a dedicated WhatsApp group along with the owner and the tenant for the support and service throughout the tenure.
Do we prepare a rental agreement?
Yes, We take care of drafting the rental agreement and prepare it for signing by the owner and the tenants. We have a standard draft, In case of any suggestions by the Owners it can be accommodated.
Is their any specific time frame for renting out property?
We have average turnaround period of renting property is 21 days in most cases.
Does EazyLiv give assured rentals?
EazyLiv partners with a Guaranteed Rent provider to offer you secure and predictable rental income. We assist with registration to ensure you benefit from their rental plans.
Does owners prefer the tenant selection?
Yes, We consider the owner preference as a priority.
Does EazyLiv fix the rent?
No, EazyLiv will suggest the inputs to the owner as per the market research. Owners’ decision is the final.
What if the tenant found by EazyLiv vacates midway? Is EazyLiv responsible?
Yes, EazyLiv takes the complete responsibility and we will find a new tenant at our own cost.
What is the duration of Property Management Plan service agreement?
The agreement will be for one year. If you want to opt for long tenure, Please feel free to contact us.
Does EazyLiv suggest any income generation options in Plot management service?
Yes, EazyLiv suggest option to generate income from your vacant plot property, Again it is owners decision to opt the option.
Does any brokerage fee is chargeable in leasing the property in Property management?
No, EazyLiv not collecting any brokerage charges from the customer who opt property management service.
What is the duration of Plot Management Plan service agreement?
The agreement will be for one year. If you want to opt for long tenure, Please feel free to contact us.
What is the duration of Rental Management service?
The Rental Management service ends once the tenant is placed in your property.
Is any Initial payment collected by EazyLiv?
No. We don’t collect any signup charges. Its FREE signup.
What if there is any repair or maintenance work?
We will arrange a team to inspect and get a quotation for the repair works. Once we get the approval from owner, We will get the work done.
What if owner want to engage with third party vendor to the repair and maintenance work?
Yes, Owner can choose any vendor on his preference, But EazyLiv is not responsible for quality and timelines of the work. Moreover, EazyLiv will not take responsibility for any damage caused by vendor.
What is the frequency of inspection in Property management and Plot management. Is the inspection result shared to owner?
There will be a mandatory inspection once in 3 months. We will summarize this inspection in a detailed report. The same can be viewed in online dashboard through your login.
Is every payment from the tenant directly deposited to owners’ bank account?
Yes, Every payment from the tenant will be directly deposited in the Owners bank account.
What are the legal and courier expenses cost for the owner and the tenant?
Legal expenses are the expenses involved in legal document like rental agreement, esign etc., If we have to courier any document or any other material to the owner or the tenant, we charge for it. This charge is known as courier charges. Which is equally shared between the owner and the tenant.
Does EazyLiv signup a property on board in which tenant already occupied?
Yes, EazyLiv take those property on board and manage it on owner’s behalf.

What is the cost of Property management service?

Does EazyLiv provide service to all location?
EazyLiv will view the site for feasibility check and confirm the same to the owner.
Apart from the regular repair and maintenances service, Is EazyLiv engaged in special services like renovations, Interiors etc.?
Yes, EazyLiv has its own inhouse expertise in renovations and Interior services at the BEST quality and cost.
Does owner get any sort of discount, If he renews the service agreement for the next year?
Yes, EazyLiv value the relationship of our customers and provide the best price for its existing customers, Please feel free to reach us for further details.
Does EazyLiv charge anything apart from property management service charges?
EazyLiv collect the service charges to administrate property owned by our customer, other charges like Repair, Maintenance, Agreement etc., collected as actuals.
What if Customer wants to terminate the service agreement within the tenure?
EazyLiv believes in customer relationship more than a business, Our CRM team get in touch and sort the grievances and ensure the customer continues smooth relationship with us.
What is Personalized Management Service?
Owner requests for the service other than the plans EazyLiv cater, here in this service based on the mutual discussion with the Owner the service plan is being tailor made for the Owner. EazyLiv understands the Owner’s request and a mutually agreed Plan is being created.
In what ways Personalized Management differs from other Plans?
There is no frame of service plan for this service, here all the services are requested by client based on their needs and the same is being taken care by EazyLiv. No fixed terms and conditions for this plan.
What is the fees charged for Personalized Management Service?
There is no fixed fee plan for Personlized Management, it all depends upon the case to case basis of the Owner expectations. Plan fee will be separately mailed and discussed with Owner.
Whether any separate agreement is being entered for Personalized Management?
Yes, Owner and EazyLiv will have a separate agreement with the scope of work shared by Owner along with the timelines to Complete. The agreement will be shared to Owner and based on his signed agreement, EazyLiv will start the work.
Who will be responsible from EazyLiv to attend the Personalized Management Service?
A dedicated Relationship Manager will be appointed by EazyLiv to coordinate with Owner for execution of Services.
What is the way to monitor the service deliverables?
EazyLiv will be sharing the reports as and when required by Owner. Moreover EazyLiv will share the dashboard to Owners with recent information and updates of the service.
What are the service locations for Personalized Management?
The feasibility of the service locations will be analyzed by the operations team of EazyLiv and will be informed to the Owner, whether the property comes under Serviceable location.
How about Legal services covered under Personalized Management?
All legal services are handled by EazyLiv’s Attorneys. The charges for the services will be billed by them to the Owner at Actuals.
